All the staff we met during our appointment were attentive, caring and friendly especially the the nurses treating my daughter. My daughter wasn't very forthcoming and was really withdrawn throughout the appointment. Buy the lovely nurses were very understanding and extremely compassionate ... they were also very welcoming and friendly with my youngest daughter who had to attend with us and was very talkative and inquisitive. We was made to feel at ease and inclusive.

The treatment I received was very good.

I was advised after my surgery to book an appointment with the wound care clinic after 7 days which I did straight away. Because the wound had bled a little I asked if I might see someone prior to my appointment just to make sure whether it was ok to leave the existing dressing in place. I was told I would have to go to my GP. However they had previously advised me that they don’t deal with wound dressings and gave me the wound clinic no. In the end I just waited until my appointment at the end of the week. It would have been reassuring to have seen someone before then.

The wound centre was helpful in fixing my leg and it was also helpful I didn't have to travel to far

The wound care team are really helpful and always gave me advice on how to look after and care for my wound. The girls are always so friendly and approachable and explain everything to me
